Promoting Climate Resilient Water Sanitation and Hygiene (CR-WASH) Services Samangan Province-2022

The WASH Project implemented in the Hazrat Sultan & Feroz Nakhchir districts of Samangan province by CAWC with the financial support of NCA from 01, Jan 2022 to 31, Dec 2022.

The project target areas were:
1. Hazrat Sultan district: Chaqmaquli, Kokabolaq & Kalchepayan villages.
2 Feroz Nakhchir district: Khwajagi, Sar-sufa & Hayatabad) villages.
The project goal was: To contributed to the well-being and resilience of marginalized remote rural communities through sustainable services in water supply, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.

Through the implemented of this project, 1174 families which included 2336 men, 2432 women, 1691 boys and 1762 girls total 8221 individuals accessed to permanent potable water, sanitation and hygiene services in an inform and sustainable manner.
