Promoting Climate Resilient Water Sanitation and Hygiene (CR-WASH) Services Samangan Province-2023

The WASH Project being implemented in the Hazrat Sultan & Feroz Nakhchir districts of Samangan province by CAWC with the financial support of NCA from 01, Jan 2023 to 31, Dec 2023.

The project target areas are:
1. Hazrat Sultan district: Tolagaychy, Gaznigak and Ibrahim Khalilullah villages.
2 Feroz Nakhchir district: Khatamulanbia, Imam Abuhanifa and Chinargay Bala villages.
The project goal: To contribute to the well-being and resilience of marginalized remote rural communities through sustainable services in water supply, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.

Through the implementation of this project, 1174 families which include 2336 men, 2432 women, 1691 boys and 1762 girls total 8221 individuals will have access to permanent potable water, sanitation and hygiene services in an inform and sustainable manner.
