Promoting Climate Resilient Water Sanitation and Hygiene (CR-WASH) Services Daikundi Province-2023

The WASH Project being implemented in the Sangtakht & Kiti districts of Daikundi province by CAWC with the financial support of NCA from 01, Jan 2023 to 31, Dec 2023.

The project target areas are:
1. Sangtakht-O-Bandar district: Sorkh Oba, Mamaka and Seya Kharak villages.
2. Kiti district: Warasho, Ghultala and Bulagh villages.
The Project Goal: To contribute to the well-being and resilience of marginalized remote rural communities through sustainable services in water supply, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.

Through the implementation of this project, 781 families which include 1621 men, 1657 women, 2913 boys and 2310 girls total 8501 individuals will have access to permanent potable water, sanitation and hygiene services in an inform and sustainable manner.
