Distribution of Solar Panel Package in Bamyan Province-2019

The project was implemented in Bamyan province, which is mainly a mountainous province with rural geographical area. Through this project CAWC with support of UNHCR strive for durable solutions of accessibility of most vulnerable families, specially returnees and IDPs, to have access to solar power by utilizing solar energy source.

In regards, under UNHCR cooperation the project cove six districts of Bamyan province as; Kahmard, Saighan, Shibar, Yakawlang1and Yakawlang 2 and center of Bamyan province. By implemented of this project 150 vulnerable families (35 families in Kahmard, 20 Families in Saighan, 25 Families in Shibar, 40 families in Center of Bamyan and 20 families in Yakawlang districts) were benefited, and 10 of these solar panel packages were contributed and installed to Shashpool BHC Health clinic.
