Wind Energy

Wind power is a clean and renewable energy source, wind energy is the fastest growing source of electricity, wind power produces no toxic emissions and none of the heat trapping emission that contribute to the global warming, CAWC implemented the wind power project in Bamyan province, the program has supported the reintegration of refugees and IDPs by providing clean and sustainable energy, under this program 359 families including returnees and IDPs supported and it created clean alternative to harmful fossil fuel for lightening in the community, public awareness workshops were also delivered to the community on how to use this system.
