Solar Electrification

Solar energy is the most widely available energy resource on Earth, and its economic attractiveness is improving fast in a cycle of increasing investments. By distributing Solar panel packages to more than 300 vulnerable families including returnees and IDPs in Bamyan, Ghor, Daikundi, and Madan Wardak provinces, CAWC supported the benefiting families to be able to get access to reliable sources of energy to lighten their houses during the night and utilizing modern technologies such as mobiles, etc. and for improving their communication, knowledge and general awareness. At the same time, it is a good opportunity for their children to study during the night and do their homework smoothly and with a tranquil mind.
