Social cohesion

CAWC has implemented Social cohesion integrated into CR-WASH program in the north and central regions. Under this project, dialogue sessions on social cohesion, human rights, and women rights from Islamic perspective rights were conducted for community groups, religious leaders, and networks to enjoy increased social cohesion. The dialog sessions were conducted for 768 male and female community members and networks. The issues of social cohesion and human rights were discussed during this dialogue session. The members of the group announced their commitment and cooperation regarding the promotion of social cohesion and human rights in their communities, interaction platforms between youth and minority groups and groups in conflicting lines are created to promote social cohesion, and human rights including women rights from Islamic perspective. These interaction platforms are developed through Organizing sports tournaments, and essay and poetry competitions.
