Income Generation

To address the livelihood related problems CAWC implemented improved access to financial and technical resources for MSMEs Micro, Small, and Medium-sized enterprises project in the east region

Under this project CAWC provided grants to all four provinces of eastern region (MSMEs), These micros, small, medium enterprises helped the community to start and run their own businesses as well as to create job opportunities inside the communities, CAWC with has distributed the amount of $1000 to (252 male and female) enterprisers of Goshta, Kama, Zone 1 and Behsood district of Nangarhar Province. We also provided trainings of business management and business development to these people in order to improve their businesses and find ways from local market to national and later on to international market. We did the same practice in Laghman Kuner and Noristan province, in the year 2019 in Daikundi province CAWC implemented women empowerment through vocational training and income generation intervention project, the main objective of this project to create employment opportunity for 40 women and yang girls from the 40 families as income generation and permanent solution for their livelihood sources.
