Construction of Health clinics
Afghanistan is facing a critical health crisis, marked by a fragile healthcare system and unequal access to health services, especially in rural areas. These factors have led to severe consequences, such as ongoing outbreaks of communicable diseases, unmet maternal and child health needs, and high rates of malnutrition, all contributing to significant mortality and morbidity.
In response to these challenges, CAWC, with financial support from donor organizations has implemented several health projects in the central highland region. Under this program, new clinics have been constructed in the Shahidan Valley, a delivery room has been built at the Naw Abad Shashpol clinic, and a playground and granary have been established at the Shahidan clinics in Bamiyan Province.
